Op. Dr. Şafak Çakır
Dr. Şafak Çakır was born in 1988. He attended primary and secondary school in Tekirdağ and went on to graduate from Tekirdağ Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi. He began his studies at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine. In 2014 he qualified as a medical doctor. That same year he started his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Health Sciences.
During his residency he worked intensively on reconstructive microsurgery, his particular area of interest.
Between 2020 and 2022 he completed his compulsory public service at Rize Training and Research Hospital, and since August 2022 he has been practising at his own private clinic. Dr. Şafak’s hobbies include chess, hiking, playing musical instruments and riding motorcycles.
